Do I need any dance experience?

Not at all! Royal Revue is designed to be beginner friendly. Whether it's your very first dance class or you're returning after years away, we'll guide you every step of the way.

What is the Royal Revue Program?

Royal Revue is a 5-week performance program that gives dancers the chance to experience performing in a smaller, supportive showcase. It's the perfect stepping stone before joining one of our larger Fierce OnStage productions.

How much does the program cost?

The current program fee is listed in the registration section above. If paying all at once isn't the best option for you, we also offer flexible payment plans. Simply select the deposit option during registration, and we'll reach out to create a payment schedule that works for you.

How many dancers are in each class?

We intentionally keep each class small, with a maximum of 8 dancers. This allows for more personalized coaching, individual feedback, and plenty of opportunities to build confidence.

Do I perform at the end?

Yes! At the end of the program, you'll have the opportunity to perform your routine in front of a small, supportive live audience. It's the perfect chance to celebrate everything you've learned, share the stage with your fellow dancers, and experience the excitement of performing in a welcoming, encouraging environment.

How long are the classes?

Classes are 1.5 hours long and run once a week for four weeks, followed by a dress rehearsal and performance weekend.

What if I miss a class?

Life happens! We encourage attending every class so you feel confident and prepared for the performance, but we understand that emergencies can arise. If you know you'll be missing a class, please let your instructor know as soon as possible. We'll provide you with a video tutorial to help you practice and catch up at home, but attending class whenever possible is always the best way to learn and receive personalized feedback.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in and clean indoor shoes. Your Queen will let you know if anything specific is needed for your routine at the very first class.

Do I need to buy a costume?

Each routine will have a costume, but choosing it is a collaborative process. We talk through ideas together in class and make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident in what they'll be wearing. Every dancer's voice matters, and we always aim to find costume options that are both affordable and accessible.

Is there a payment plan available?

Absolutely! We want Royal Revue to be as accessible as possible. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve your spot, with the remaining balance due before the performance. If you choose the deposit option during registration, we'll reach out to you directly to set up a payment plan that works for you.

Can I sign up with a friend?

Definitely! Dancing with a friend can make your first performance even more fun. Just remember that spaces are limited to 8 dancers per class, so we recommend registering early.

What if I'm nervous?

That's completely normal. In fact, most of our dancers feel that way when they start. Royal Revue was created specifically to provide a welcoming, encouraging environment where you can build confidence at your own pace. You'll be surrounded by supportive Queens and fellow dancers who are cheering you on every step of the way!
